Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward emails from one mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
